These terms are an agreement between you and RoofSpark LLC ("RoofSpark", "we", "us") covering your use of www.roofspark.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

What this site is

This website describes RoofSpark's services and lets you book a demo. It is marketing material, not an offer, and nothing on it forms a contract to provide services.

The engagement is a separate agreement

If we work together, the work is governed by the written agreement we sign with you. That agreement, not this website, sets the scope, the fees, the term and the terms of the guarantees. Where this website and that agreement differ, the signed agreement governs.

Results shown on this site

The campaign figures on this site are real results achieved for named clients in the periods stated, and each carries the basis on which it is calculated. They are examples, not projections, and they are not a promise of what your business will achieve. As the footer of every page says: results are not typical and require an established roofing operation. The ROI calculator is an arithmetic tool that multiplies out the numbers you type in; its output is not a forecast and not advice.

Booking a demo

When you book, you confirm that the contact details you give are yours and accurate, and you agree that we may contact you about the appointment by phone, text and email. You can tell us to stop at any time.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for anything unlawful, or to book appointments in bad faith.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or to any system behind it.
• Do not scrape, mirror or resell the site's content, or use it to train a model.
• Do not interfere with the site's operation or with anyone else's use of it.

Intellectual property

The RoofSpark name, the RoofSpark logo, the text, the design and the graphics on this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own business use. You may not republish them, sell them, or present them as your own.

Third-party links and embeds

The site links to news coverage and embeds a booking form and calendar operated by ROASForm. We do not control those services or the sites we link to, and we are not responsible for their content or their practices. Their terms apply when you use them.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of anything harmful, and we disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising out of your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy

Our privacy statement explains what this site collects and who processes it. It forms part of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when the text does, and the version in force is the one posted when you use the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and the courts located in Nassau County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
