Privacy Statement

RoofSpark LLC ("RoofSpark", "we", "us" or "our") publishes www.roofspark.com. This statement explains what personal information the website collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers this website only. RoofSpark was formerly known as QuoteSpark.co.

We use "you" and "your" to mean visitors to this website, all of whom we expect to be over the age of 18 and acting for a business.

What we collect

Information you give us. The booking form on this site asks for your first name, last name, email address and phone number, and the scheduling calendar that follows it asks the qualification questions you see on screen. We use those answers to schedule the call, to confirm it with you by text and email, and to prepare for it. We do not collect payment details on this website.

Information collected automatically. When you visit, basic technical information is collected by your browser and by the services listed below: the pages you view, the approximate location your IP address resolves to, your device and browser type, and the link or advertisement that brought you here. We also store first-touch attribution values (UTM parameters and click identifiers) in your browser's local storage, so that if you book later we know which campaign brought you.

The services that run on this site

• Meta (Facebook) Pixel: measures the performance of our advertising. Meta may set cookies and receive your IP address and browsing information on the pages where it runs. Privacy policy.
• ClickMagick: advertising click and conversion tracking. When you book a call we pass the booking event to ClickMagick so we can attribute it to the ad or link that brought you here. Privacy policy.
• Vidalytics: hosts and plays the two sales videos, one on the home page and one on the confirmation page, and measures how much of them is watched. Its player loads with the page rather than on a click, so Vidalytics receives your IP address on any visit to those two pages. Privacy policy.
• YouTube (Google): hosts the client testimonial videos. Nothing is requested from Google until you press play on one of them: the poster images are served from this site. Once you do, Google receives your IP address and loads its player. Privacy policy.
• ROASForm: runs the booking form and the calendar on this site. The name, email address and phone number you enter go to them, and to us, so we can schedule and confirm your call. Privacy policy.
• GeoJS: an IP address lookup used by the booking form to pre-select your country dialling code. Your IP address reaches them when the form loads. They state that they keep error logs only, not access logs. Privacy policy.
• Google Fonts: supplies the typeface used inside the booking form. Your browser requests the font files from Google, which receives your IP address in the process. The rest of this site loads no Google fonts: its own typefaces are served from our servers. Privacy policy.
• Vercel: our hosting provider. Vercel processes the requests your browser makes to this site and keeps aggregate traffic statistics. Privacy policy.

That is the complete list. This website does not load an analytics product beyond the ones named above, does not run session recording, and does not send anything you type to an AI system.

How we use it

To schedule and confirm your demo; to follow up with you about it; to measure which advertising produces booked calls; to operate and secure the website; and to meet our legal obligations. If we work together, the information you gave the booking form becomes part of your client record.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it with the service providers named above, which process it on our behalf under contract, and we disclose it where the law requires it, where we need to protect our rights or someone else's, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business.

Advertising cookies and "sharing"

The Meta Pixel and ClickMagick set cookies and receive information about your visit. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, that may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising. You can opt out by emailing us at the address below and we will process the request as the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and enquiry records for as long as we need them for the purposes above and for as long as applicable law requires. You can ask us to delete yours.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Residents of California and data subjects in the EEA and the UK have further rights under the CCPA and the GDPR, including access, portability, restriction and objection, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. We do not make decisions about you by automated means. Email the address below to exercise any of these; we may need to verify who you are before we act.

Some browsers send a "do not track" signal. We do not currently respond to it.

Children

This site is for roofing business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we learn we have.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information this site collects. No website can promise perfect security, and we do not.

Changes

This statement is effective from the date shown above. When the text changes, that date changes with it.
